House for Sale

Monday, April 10th, 2006

We are selling a house.
Actually, we are selling a concept of a house. We want to help you build the home of your dreams.
The house that is on the lot is an old cottage in poor repair.
The lot is a fantastic location. It is on Mount Hope Bay. It has an unubstructed view of the setting sun on the Mount Hope Bridge.

We have taken the time to procure all the permits and architectural plans to construct an exquisite single family dwelling. With three bedrooms and 2 and 1/2 baths it is a family friendly design. There is an open floor plan with a dining area, kitchen, and living area. There is a study and a convient laundry room. All overlooking either Mount Hope Bay or the Saconnet River. The design is unique. It is reminicent of the Old Newport Cottages. The feel is elegant. The property is located near the end of Common Fence Point in Portsmouth, RI. The traffic is minimal. The neighborhood is friendly to folks walking their dogs or riding bikes or simply out for a stroll. The beach is right in your back yard! O.K. So I’m outta control.

Bill and I participated in a fund raiser for CFPIA. It was held at the Sportsmans’ Club. The signs they had for the raffle were pretty bad so I quickly made some new ones. Can’t tell you how much money the raffle made, but Bill and I won 2 of those lobsters!
Sunday night we had surf and turf. Very good.
