Getting Ready

Tuesday, March 27th, 2007

Here comes Peter Cotton Tail!

I’ve been trying to think of something special I can do for my Easter table.
I wanted to make dough baskets to fill with grass and jelly beans or with plants or something.
The baskets didn’t turn out as well as I would have liked so the new plan is dough bunnies. They are cute? I have signed Chris, Kim and Anne up to help me paint them. Should they be white, or yellow, or pink, or purple? Or maybe an assortment of pastel colors would be nice. My table cloth is white… maybe the bunnies need to be colorful. 🙂

Chocolate Waffles!

Later, I woke them up and fed them chocolate waffles with chocolate chip icecream!
Anyone interested in a copy of my dairy free recipe for Chocolate Waffles (I created) please let me know in a comment.

Too much Corned Beef & Cabbage :)

Monday, March 19th, 2007

I fed them well.
The old fashioned Irish way.
Corned beef, cabbage, potatoes, and those devine carrots. I’m not sure they ate the cabbage and onions, but they were all worn out after that spread. 🙂
Left overs anyone?
