Kendyl will be 6 years old on Tuesday.
Gramps and I went to GA for the festivities. Josh and Diana hosted this party at Chuck e Cheese.
What a place!
The kids loved it!
So many different things to do!

This was the high light for me! As long as the child peddled the peddles he or she remained aloft. When he or she stopped peddling the craft returned to the floor. The kids loved it!

Kendyl chose dinosaurs as the theme for her party. Great Cake! from Publix.

On February 14th Bill and I ventured north to visit Julie and Kaison.

Julie said that the monkey was his favorite toy at the moment. It sings “If You are Happy and You Know It Clap Your Hands”. And it claps it’s hands! Very cute. But not as cute as Kaison. 🙂

The visit was WAY too short, but we enjoyed every minute!

What’s all the Buzz?

Thursday, February 5th, 2009

Word had it that Ted was in town. The paparazzi started lining up !

And just what was all the excitement?

Ted was about to take off! Leap tall buildings in a single bound and all that.

What was that, Grammie? You didn’t have your camera ready? Yikes!

And now for the perfect landing. 🙂

More on the Economy

Sunday, February 1st, 2009

Well, I mentioned to Ted that Jack had done some figuring on the calculator about the state of the economy.

Ted said, “Grammie? let me take a look.”

Since I think it is always a good idea to get a second opinion, I let him have a go at that calculator.

He took his time.

And, thought it looked like Ouijas board stuff to me, ….

He said he was being very serious and that I should trust him.

Then!

He took that ‘ole’ calculator and tossed it on the floor.
He said, “Grammie? get your self a new computer and get with it!”
Then in a kinder tone, he said,

“Hang in there Grammie, the best is yet to come!”

Man! I love that boy, too!
