Kate and Ted flew into Boston for the big event. 🙂
Auntie opened her home to us. We met in the Boston Garden and the boys had a great time at the playground.
The boys loved the city.
With Halloween around the corner, Jack tried out a monster hat.
The boys loved the stairs at Auntie’s .
Shopping at Whole Foods. 🙂
Next stop? Grammie’s!
(to be continued)
Bill and I attended a celebration for Jimmy.
Seems he and Anne share the same date. We were able to spread out the festivities over 2 days. 🙂
Pizza was on the menu and Bev made a luscious chocolate cake. For ice cream she found Ben and Jerry’s in small cups like “Hoodsies”!
The cake and ice cream,
and we learned a new game of cards. 🙂
All in all a pretty nice celebration!
Happy Birthday Jim.
Here is a look at Jack’s new fabulous “swing set”.
He calls it his playground.
And maybe that is more accurate!
Need I mention that he loves it?
It has “Monkey Barrels” ( more commonly known as monkey bars), and a slide, along with the swing and glider stuff standard to a swing set. 🙂
Now for the “artsy” photo.
the big grin.
I took my Canon i960 to the repair shop.
After 2 weeks they called and said, “Do you want us to throw it away for you?”
The i960 is no longer available. And the comparable model does not use the same ink cartridge.
I loved my printer!
So I now have 4 Cyan; 2 Magenta; 2 photo Cyan; 1 photo Magenta; 1 yellow; and 1 black style 6 ink cartridges.
Approximately $132 in ink and no printer going on 4 weeks now!
Please pardon my whine.
Any one have a suggestion for a new printer? I loved the Canon. I already have a scanner and don’t need one of those fancy multitasking printers. 🙂
I’m looking for a great printer for photos. Preferably a Canon. (’cause I have a ton of Canon photo paper , too! ! ! )
